The photographic collective, Birdhead, is back with their sixth book, Kuang.
The creative philosophy of Birdhead explores and pushes the limits of the photographic medium. Capturing all the beings around them, Birdhead applies and reinterprets conceptual art theories into their image creation. By combining photography with collage, installation art, and traditional Chinese calligraphy, Birdhead's newest book, Kuang, envisions a "Birdhead world."
Birdhead consists of Ji Weiyu and Song Tao.
